Reclaim your Brain

My husband has just gotten into the number game, Sudoku.

It is supposed to increase memory and improve brain performance.

He has even bought a Sudoku book for his breaks during work!
Then he paid $3.00 to get Sudoku on his phone...hehe, so funny!
I thought I'd have a go, and keep my brain busy too.
Sometimes I complete a puzzle when I'm breast-feeding.

Here is the Sudoku website he has on the computer when he wants to complete a game at home.

Have a try!

The rules are as follows:
Each Sudoku has a unique solution that can be reached logically without guessing. Enter digits from 1 to 9 into the blank spaces.
Every row must contain one of each digit.
So must every column, as must every 3x3 square.

oh I love love love Sudoku. I play a game each day at least. If I can get it done fast enough, I do a second one.

I did have an electronic sudoku but my little pen thingy broke and I couldn't find another one for a while. I will have to get another one maybe.

Being a bit of an addictive personality I might leave this one alone, RD. Although ... hehe!

:) I apparently have the dubious (dis)honour of being the only math teacher who'd never played Sudoku until a few months ago, when my 5-year-old niece taught me how to play. I was pretty bad at it, until I sat down for several hours and did the number-crunching patterns and formulas...

Yes, you're allowed to say "pathetic!" :)

That's so funny Paladin!
I could never do it, until my husband simply said, start with the smaller boxes, and try to find all the 1's, then all the 2's, etc... in each small box.
Then all of a sudden I found it easy!
